How this service works

Locksmith Prague is a request service. It does not carry out any work itself. Your request is passed on to an independent local tradesperson in Prague, who contacts you, agrees the price with you and, if you accept, carries out and invoices the work. The tradesperson is solely responsible for the work. Sending a request is free and does not commit you to anything.

Intellectual property

The texts, layout and source code of this site are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, even partial, requires prior written permission. Some photos are illustrations and do not show work done for a specific customer.

Privacy policy

Data controller: IT Immersion Totale (details above).

Data collected through the request form: name, phone number, optional email address, district, urgency and the description of your request, plus any photos you choose to send.

Purpose and legal basis: your data is used only to handle your request and put you in touch with a tradesperson (steps taken at your request, article 6(1)(b) GDPR). It is never sold and never used for unrelated advertising.

Recipients: the independent tradesperson who handles your request (by email or messaging app) and our technical providers (hosting in Switzerland and the EU).

Retention: as long as needed to handle the request, then at most 3 years after the last contact, unless the law requires longer.

Audience measurement: anonymous visit statistics without advertising cookies.

Your rights: access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Czech data protection authority (ÚOOÚ, uoou.cz) or the French CNIL (cnil.fr).
